Exos is seeking a Head Lifeguard in Minneapolis, MN to lead the aquatics team. Responsibilities include frontline patron service, coordinating emergencies per the Emergency Action Plan, managing staff schedules, ensuring lifeguard rotations, adjusting water features, and maintaining safety in the Aquatics Area. Qualifications include current Lifeguarding certification (or ability to obtain at hire), prior lifeguarding or swim-instruction experience, and current CPR/AED and First Aid
