ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist customers by using parts catalogs, computer, price items or print tickets to properly identify items needed Provide general assistance around the Parts Department, including administrative and technical tasks Ensure all parts are stocked, placed appropriately and ready for purchase Receive, ship and store parts as needed ensuring internal and external customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner Pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors as needed Assist in maintaining the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards by setting up merchandise for display and ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping Parts Department clean and professional Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service Stay current with the latest trends, standards, and skills required within your field and industry by continuously developing through your Individual Development Plans, etc. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook Other duties as assigned Measure of success determined by established company guidelines, including but not limited to ability to perform the above mentioned duties, feedback from customers, ability to take guidance and direction from Manager professionally, and execute upon such feedback.
