Work Environment: This position is based in our outpatient therapy office located in the vibrant community of Miami Beach, Florida. The facility is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and equipment, designed to provide a comprehensive therapy experience. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and set clear objectives for treatment. Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized sessions. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Engage patients with customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to their specific goals. Monitor progress, adjust therapy techniques, and document all services provided accurately. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance overall patient care. Support patients in minimizing reliance on medications, exploring non-surgical treatment options. Encourage and motivate patients, fostering a positive environment to achieve their functional goals. Educate patients on preventive measures and wellness strategies, enhancing their understanding of their health. Stay current on best practices, advancements in physical therapy, and innovative treatment methodologies. Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will primarily focus on outpatient clients dealing with various conditions, particularly orthopedic injuries. You will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes, active adults, and those recovering from surgeries or managing chronic pain. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals regain their independence and return to their daily activities.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance to support your wellness.
