Job TitleYour main activities: Processing applications in accordance with the regulations and proposing decisions (analysis of situations in accordance with the code of entry and residence of foreigners and asylum law and various international agreements); Writing simple letters (refusal of resident card, refusal of EU title, requests for investigations...); Writing summary sheets and refusal of residence; Cross-functional missions (functional box, permanence).Your professional environment: Service activities: Reception and processing of residence permit applications, issuance of residence permits, removal of foreigners in an irregular situation, foreigners' litigation. Composition and staffing of the service: The service consists of 13 agents: the head of the office, his deputy, five permanent staff members responsible for processing residence permit applications and issuing these permits, two contractual staff members assigned to residence, and four agents dedicated to removal, litigation, exceptional admission to residence, and fraud. Hierarchical links: Head of the office and deputy. Functional links: Other services and public institutions of the State (DDETSPP, OFII, police and gendarmerie), town halls, other services for foreigners, employers, TI Niort, TA Poitiers.
