Staff Software Engineer

Overview As a Staff Software Engineer in Celonis’ backend teams, you will shape the core mining engine with high-performance, scalable data processing features. You’ll implement new algorithms for query optimization and distributed execution, and improve reliability across large-scale systems. You’ll mentor teammates and contribute to end-to-end architecture in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. This role puts you at the heart of Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, driving impactful improvements for customers and planet-focused goals.
