Director of Social Services — Resident Care Leader

Laguna Hills Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Social Services to plan, develop, implement and evaluate social services programs ensuring residents' emotional and social needs are met. The Director will lead the social services team, coordinate with IDT, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care and dignity to residents.
