Head of Product Management, Healthcare Tech & Strategy

Waystar is seeking a Director of Product Management to join the team in Kentucky. Reporting to the VP of Product Strategy, you will lead the Aware CDI product management team and drive the roadmap, collaborating with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing to bring new healthcare products to market. You will mentor a team of product managers, conduct market research, define requirements, and track product performance to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals.
