Territory Sales Manager

What You’ll Do: Drive local growthby visiting retail stores, apartment complexes, storage facilities, nurseries, and furniture outlets to introduce Lugg. Sell with confidenceby pitching Lugg’s benefits through in-person presentations and tailored outreach. Build relationshipswith business owners, managers, and staff — becoming their go-to resource for fast, reliable delivery. Nurture leadsthrough follow-ups and regular check-ins to convert interest into active usage.

What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude Organized and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle Spanish fluency is a big plus!
