Window Gang - Multi-Service Technician

What You'll Do: You'll be trained to provide professional exterior and property-maintenance services, including: - Interior and exterior window cleaning - Pressure washing of driveways, patios, decks and sidewalks - Soft washing of homes, roofs, siding and other exterior surfaces - Gutter cleaning - Dryer vent cleaning - Chimney sweeping and basic inspections No experience is required. We will train the right person. We Provide Everything You Need You do not need your own truck, equipment or customers. Window Gang provides: - Company truck - Fuel and vehicle maintenance - Professional ladders and safety equipment - Pressure-washing equipment - Soft-wash systems - Window-cleaning equipment - Dryer-vent equipment - Chimney-cleaning equipment - All supplies and chemicals - Company shirts - Paid training - Pre-scheduled customer appointments - Office support for scheduling, billing and customer service We find the customers and schedule the work. Your job is to show up, take care of the customer and perform excellent work.

What We're Looking For: Experience is less important to us than reliability, work ethic and attitude. You must: - Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record - Be dependable and show up for work as scheduled - Be willing and able to perform physical work outdoors - Be comfortable working from ladders and at heights after training - Be willing to learn multiple professional cleaning services - Take pride in doing quality work - Treat customers, their homes and their property with respect - Work well independently and as part of a crew - Have a positive, customer-friendly attitude This Position Is NOT for Everyone This is a hands-on, physical job. You will work outdoors. Some days will be hot or cold. You'll climb ladders, move equipment and work at different customer locations throughout the day. Reliability is extremely important. Our customers are expecting us at a specific time, and your teammates depend on you to show up ready to work. If you're looking for a job where you can frequently call out, arrive late or spend much of the day on your phone, this will n t be a good fit.
