About The Job: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support and partner with the Connected Warfare Division. This division covers a diverse portfolio of hardware and software C2 programs. You will be responsible for product and program financial management, income statement and balance sheet forecasting, and top-tier financial reporting. In this role, you will support multiple products and programs in parallel and interact closely with program management and business line leadership to ensure Anduril is delivering on its financial commitments. You should be comfortable presenting financial performance and driving variance analysis at the contract and product level with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This is a critical role in a high-growth division at a company that is constantly growing and changing.
What You'll Do: Lead contract and product profit margin analysis Ownership of rolling monthly forecasts, derived by working in depth with and pressure-testing assumptions alongside key business stakeholders (Growth Leads, Product Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Leads)Synthesize and present internal management reporting via presentations and written communications, providing clear narratives on performance against plan Own the financial cadence with program management to maintain EAC integrity and develop accurate ETC forecasts Drive income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards in FP&A and BI tools to improve visibility across the division Partner with growth and operations on pricing and proposal activities for new business Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures Support long-range planning, ad hoc financial modeling, and special projects
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, program finance, or another highly analytical corporate role Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Acute understanding of financial systems, data management, and financial modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders Proven ability to work successfully and build relationships in a dynamic, team-based environment Candidate must be a United States citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications: DoW, Manufacturing, and/or Tech industry experience Demonstrated ability to build processes and reporting frameworks, not just maintain existing ones Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRMUS Salary Range $99,000 —$130,000 USD
