In-House General Counsel FDA & Compliance (Life Sciences)

Castle Biosciences Inc. is seeking an in-house General Counsel to be based at our Friendswood, TX headquarters. The role centers on legal oversight of FDA matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for a growth-focused diagnostics company. The successful candidate will lead external counsel, manage SEC filings, and provide strategic legal support across the organization. A JD and active bar membership are required, along with substantial life sciences experience.
