The Allen Institute for AI in Seattle is seeking a Research Engineer to advance NeuralGCM+ for climate modeling with AI. You will join a tight team to adapt training pipelines for cloud and GPUs, document code, and contribute to open-source development.
We expect 2–4 years in ML, fluency in Python, strong communication, and a relevant B.Sc. A Ph. D. is a bonus. This on-site role is grant‑funded through 2029.
