POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated, energeticfull-timeGeneral Dentist who is ready to lead a team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to exceptional dental care. You will practice comprehensive dentistry, while guiding and inspiring a team that is eager to grow with you. We would love to see you expand the services offered in the office, including bringing in-house procedures that are currently referred out. RESPONSIBILITIESDiagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team to deliver excellent patient experiences Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards QUALIFICATIONSDDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Utah dental license Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities Leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care First six months: a negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater. After six months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month, and 35% of collections on everything over $50,000 per month.
