Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily business operations, manage cross-departmental projects, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, monitoring operational performance, managing budgets, and fostering team collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to ensure operational efficiency and success.
Qualifications:
Operational management skills, including process optimization, team coordination, and project management Budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills Proficiency in using operational tools and software; technical aptitude is a plus Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred Experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus
