Maintenance Manager

Preferred Requirements: Experience leading maintenance and reliability programs within a complex manufacturing environment Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and failure analysis The successful candidate will lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts with a focus on maximizing equipment availability, strengthening preventive maintenance, and supporting consistent manufacturing performance. This hands-on leadership role will use equipment history, downtime trends, and structured problem-solving to address recurring failures and improve long-term asset reliability.

Responsibilities: Set the maintenance strategy and daily priorities needed to keep critical equipment reliable and production running effectively Turn equipment failures and downtime data into targeted reliability actions that eliminate recurring problems and strengthen preventive maintenance Improve maintenance planning and execution through effective CMMS utilization, work order discipline, scheduling, and performance measurement Manage labor, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance spending while balancing cost objectives with equipment availability Coordinate closely with Operations to plan repairs, preventive work, installations, and equipment improvements with minimal production disruption
