Responsibilities:
Provide on-site L1-L2 support for Windows and macOSdesktops/ Laptops Help Administer Microsoft 365 - Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and Active Directory Supportdevice imaging, deployments, and hardware swaps Troubleshoot printers, VPN, email, and connectivity issues Support office moves and equipment setup- decommissioning
