Job Description: We are seeking a Field Support Technician to provide operational support for IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support for IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for IT equipment. Deliver onsite technical support during field visits and dispatched service requests. Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions. Produce accurate and timely service reports. Document technical processes, procedures, and resolutions. Collect and analyze system performance data to support troubleshooting efforts. Manage workflow efficiently to meet scheduled service commitments. Accurately document complex issues and their resolutions. Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are ineffective. Troubleshoot software installation, configuration, and setup issues for field engineers, technicians, and end users. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional support. Safely use ladders and perform work that may require physical movement of equipment.

Qualifications: Experience providing field technical support in enterprise IT environments. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues. Experience with IMAC activities. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests.
