Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist The Collections Specialist is responsible for performing collection activities associated with delinquent member accounts while ensuring RVCU's professional image and member-focused mission are upheld. This role reviews delinquent accounts, determines appropriate actions, and works with legal counsel or collection agencies in proceedings such as foreclosures, repossessions, and bankruptcies. By balancing empathy with accountability, the Collections Specialist protects the credit union's financial health while supporting members in finding solutions to repay obligations.
