Director of Strategic HR Partnerships

Northwest Bank is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. The role partners with HR to deliver value-added service reflecting Northwest's business goals. Responsibilities include policy guidance, complex employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning.
