Shipboard Learning & Development Leader

Virgin Voyages seeks a Training & Development Manager to own the shipboard learning and development program, diagnose capability gaps, build targeted learning, and lead the Certified Trainer program for Crew across the vessel. You will ensure engaging, just-in-time development for a global crew, aligning with fleet standards while collaborating with shoreside Learn & Grow and the People Director.
