General Manager (Managing Partner) Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar | Reston Town Center, VA$90,000–$100,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | 5-Day Workweek Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is looking for an experienced General Manager (Managing Partner) to lead our high-volume restaurant in Reston Town Center. We are seeking a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to build strong teams, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their restaurant, developing future leaders, and making a direct impact on the business.
What We Offer: Competitive Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + performance-based bonus Work-Life Balance: Five-day, 45-hour workweek

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and execution.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, inventory, and labor and food costs.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a strong restaurant management team.
  • Build a positive, accountable culture focused on employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence, supporting the team and engaging with guests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Partner with regional leadership to establish goals and drive results.
  • Who We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager or comparable senior leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, and cost controls.
  • Demonstrated success in team development, employee retention, and driving results.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
