Customer Success Manager

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead delivery for major accounts in a hybrid, client-focused environment. You will own the CES delivery, drive client satisfaction, manage a team of CSMs, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize value and ROI. In this role, you will foster account growth, forecast revenue and margins, ensure governance and SLAs, and advocate for client needs across delivery teams, sales, and product to sustain long-term partnerships.
