Digital Print Production Operator - 1st Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate digital print and finishing equipment efficiently producing quality products Prioritize projects for on-time delivery with minimal supervision Maintain equipment following preventive checklists Housekeeping and physical appearance of the facility Make it easy for internal and external customers to do business with you. Project positive and professional behavior/attitude in all areas associated with the production and delivery of Upland products to internal and external customers. Follow administrative procedures established for inter/intradepartmental interaction Additional tasks/duties/special projects may be assigned, as necessary

Requirements: High school diploma or GED - required Minimum 1 year experience operating and interfacing with computer-controlled equipment - required Experiences in sign and label manufacturing - Preferred QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Advanced computer skills (Prepress/Art experience preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks and keeping multiple digital processes running Detail oriented. Works well with hands, good fine motor skills. Work well with limited supervision. Good Communication skills Mechanical aptitude – capable of diagnosing problems utilizing core concepts and be able to execute basic repairs MATHEMATICAL SKILLS High school math skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to regularly lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Bending and twisting for 10 hours. Standing and walking for 10 hours.
