Operations Management Trainee

With growth and opportunity at the forefront of our vision for the future, we are excited to launch our flagship Operations Management Trainee Program, geared toward recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. Throughout this 16-week program, participants will receive extensive hands-on training at our Corporate Office in Michigan and several terminals throughout our nationwide network. We are currently looking for December 2026 graduates for our upcoming class starting in January 2027! *Trainees start at $55k base salary + weekly expense report reimbursements for food/gas expenses* *Hotel stay, travel accommodations and expenses covered by company during program* • 6 weeks of training at Headquarters in metro Detroit, MI • 6 weeks at an Endline terminal • 4 weeks at a HUB terminal Upon completion of the program, graduates will possess the necessary operational and managerial skills to join our terminal network as Supervisors or Terminal Managers!
