Advisor Asst / Sales asst — On-Site Monday–FridayLocation: Parsippany, NJ

Compensation: $55k-$60k ($70+ if licenced)

Our client, a broker-dealer in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking an Advisor Assistant / Sales Asst to join their team and play a key role in helping two partners grow their Assets Under Management (AUM).This is a relationship and service-driven role with for someone who enjoys working directly with retail investment clients, and supporting Advisors in growing AUM.

What You’ll Do: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growthTake ownership of client requests and work to resolve them efficientlyTake charge of service responsibilities, including new client onboardingWork closely with the partners and broader team to deliver a high level of client serviceWhat We’re Looking For2–3+ years of experience working in retail investment clients (retail preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing, motivated, and highly engaged personalityStrong follow-through skills A genuine interest in helping clients and contributing to business growthCompensation & Growth$55k-$60k ($70k+ if licensed) Oopportunity for increased compensation based on the value you bringThis is an on-site, Monday–Friday opportunity in Parsippany, NJ
