Drivers haul oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers Flatbed Pay:
Starting pay: $0.67 CPMAverage weekly pay: $1,863 Top performer weekly pay: $2,161$30 per stop$25 securement pay per stop$75 tarp pay per stop$75–$200 over-dimensional pay based on miles$400 for any load over 64,000 lbs.$100 per loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to operate in Canada Flatbed drivers are typically out 14–21 days depending on location Don't have flatbed experience? No problem. Koch provides additional flatbed training during orientation so drivers can become comfortable and confident with the equipment and securement process before hitting the road. Late-Model Equipment Koch puts drivers behind the wheel of modern, driver-friendly equipment. All trucks are three years old or newer, and the average age of the truck fleet is only 16 months Drivers operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with features such as: Refrigerators Leather interiors Double curtain wrap Double bunks Built-in inverters Additional driver-friendly amenities Paid Orientation Koch provides all-expenses-paid orientation, including a luxury hotel stay.
