Title: Senior Director, Strategic Finance & FP&ALocation: San Antonio, TXCompensation: Up to $220,000 Base + 30% Bonus + Relocation AssistanceWhy This Opportunity?Lead the FP&A function for a large-scale, nationally recognized organization with a significant growth trajectory.Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion planning, and performance improvement efforts.Direct long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis that influence enterprise-level decision making.Join a financially stable and highly visible brand with ambitious growth objectives.Play a key role in shaping operational and financial strategy across the organization.Build, mentor, and develop a best-in-class FP&A team.Gain exposure to executive and board-level reporting and strategic planning initiatives.Drive process improvements, forecasting enhancements, and financial planning modernization efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.Develop long-term financial plans and scenario models supporting growth, investment, and operational initiatives.Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders.Analyze business performance, key metrics, and profitability trends to support strategic decision making.Partner with Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional leaders to align financial objectives with business goals.Enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and reporting capabilities.Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.QualificationsMBA, CPA, CFA, or related advanced credential strongly preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.Experience supporting large, multi-unit organizations, ideally with 500+ locations.Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.Prior experience within restaurant, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or other multi-location operating environments is highly preferred.#LI-JM4 #INJULY2026
