Senior Project Manager - Disruptive Innovation

Responsibilities: Manage project schedules while prioritizing critical path, lead recurring cross‐functional project team meetings, pivot to changes in project scope & elevate roadblocks Own recurring governance meetings, provide guidance to gatekeepers for effective approvals and align with global best practices. Ensure projects are updated with accurate information, report on pipeline health KPIs and clearly identify risks with mitigation strategies. Proactively introduce new ways of working and processes to accelerate speed to market & onboard new hires to adopt best practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 8-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within CPG. Proven track record of delivering innovation projects on a global scale. Expertise in managing multiple high‐priority projects simultaneously. Project management experience in commercialization complex innovation projects in CPG, preferably F&B. Proven ability to hold others accountable to project tasks & follow ups. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a results‐driven mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder management. Analytical and problem‐solving skills, with proficiency in project management software. The base pay range for this position is $125,295 to $170,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‐related factors permitted by law.
