We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Woodbury office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. This is a fully on-site position. This individual may be asked to travel to other branch locations for training or to assist as needed.
