Account Coordinator

The Role: You’ll support PR and social media campaigns across a range of clients, including: Researching media, trends, and story opportunities Building media lists and supporting outreach Drafting pitches, press releases, and client communications Tracking coverage, deadlines, deliverables, and results Supporting social content and working with creators, clients to execute Preparing client meetings, reports, and presentations Contributing ideas and helping execute campaigns from start to finish

Who You Are: You have a degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, plus strong internship or early agency experience. You’re a strong writer, highly organized, plugged into media and social, and genuinely curious about brands and culture. You can manage multiple deadlines, pay attention to details, take initiative, and want to grow into greater responsibility. PR agency experience is a plus. We operate on a hybrid schedule, with regular in-person collaboration and meetings at The Moore in Miami Design District (MDD).You’ll work closely with senior leaders, have real responsibility early, and get exposure to the full PR and social process.
