Senior Director, Associate General Counsel — Fintech

Pagaya is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel to lead legal strategy for a high-growth fintech. You will oversee complex agreements, regulatory compliance, and risk management in collaboration with product, data, and risk teams. The ideal candidate has 8–15+ years of legal experience, a JD, and bar admission, with deep expertise in U.S. consumer credit and lending regulations (TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, GLBA).
