About the role

To support the development of Dual Literacy programs, the remote Senior Instructional Designer will create instructional materials in both print and digital formats, lead project teams, and ensure high-quality content delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities: Lead concept meetings and review the work of Instructional Designers to ensure alignment with guidelines Create and maintain build documentation, manage product workstreams, and identify efficiencies in workflows Collaborate on digital product tasks, including metadata tagging and digital editing, while applying accessibility standards
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field 4+ years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials Experience with Spanish-language materials and prior teaching experience in K-5 settings is preferred Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems for creating learning experiences Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines
