Remote Member Engagement & Enrollment Specialist (EST)

Tuesday Health is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to enroll eligible health plan members in supportive care services. Work remotely but located in EST, with emphasis on personable communication and education about services. You will conduct outreach by phone, schedule assessments, connect members to services, and maintain ongoing support with caregivers, while meeting engagement targets and protecting patient privacy.
