This is a hands-on field leadership role – you will be actively performing trade work alongside your crew while simultaneously overseeing the installation of plans and specified materials on commercial project sites.Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay rate: $28/hour All travel and lodging expenses paid$59 per diem for every overnight travel dayPaid trainingOvertime available (up to 10 hours/week with approval)Company cellphone, tools and uniform provided401 (k) eligibility after one yearAccrued Sick Time Position OverviewAs a Working Foreman, you will work directly with Project Managers to ensure projects are executed to scope, schedule, and quality standards, and will collaborate on developing processes and systems for program work. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and play a key role in training new and existing field employees. When business needs arise, this role may also support TradePosted and GuidePosted operations.This role requires consistent nationwide travel. Travel includes providing services to customer locations outside your local region, attending training, meeting with clients or partners, and attending events to represent the Company.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Work (Hands-On)Actively perform installation of plan-specified materials including wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, and signage alongside the crewDemonstrate best-practice workmanship and uphold company quality standards on every taskSupport TradePosted and GuidePosted field operations as directed by business needsSite Leadership & Project CoordinationOversee and manage the installation of all plan-specified and project-designated materials on siteWork directly with Project Managers to align on project scope, sequencing, schedules, and deliverablesServe as the primary on-site point of contact for daily operations, crew coordination, and quality controlComplete new project surveys at job sites, documenting existing conditions, scope details, and any relevant field observations to support project planning and executionComplete daily project checklists and field reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of work performed, crew activity, materials used, and any site issues or deviationsCommunicate daily progress updates, issues, and material/labor needs directly to the assigned Project Manager and Field Operations ManagerCollaborate with Project Managers to develop processes and systems for program work, contributing field-level insight to build scalable, repeatable workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across multi-site programsManage on-site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently across job sitesField TrainingLead hands-on field training for new and existing employees across PostedPM, TradePosted, and GuidePosted as neededOn-the-job training and job shadowing are recognized methods used when developing employees — serve as a subject matter expert in the field to support skill development and career advancementEnsure all crew members are trained on proper installation procedures, safety protocols, and company standards before performing tasks independentlyProvide coaching and feedback to field employees to maintain quality and performance standardsSafety & ComplianceAdhere to all OSHA regulations and Posted Companies' Safety Manual regulations and best practices; comply with all PPE requirements and be alert to any potential dangers to yourself or your coworkersReport any injuries, unsafe conditions, or concerns to management immediately What We’re Looking ForTeachable – willing to learn new skills and servicesRespectful – kind, positive, and helpfulCareer-minded – looking for long-term growth, not just a jobSelf-motivated – sees what needs to be done and gets it doneTeam player – works well with others and understands true teamworkPride in your work – strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction Required QualificationsAbility to successfully obtain an OSHA 30 Certification (Company Sponsored)Ability to successfully obtain a Procore Certified – Superintendent Certification (Company Sponsored)Proven hands-on experience in a trade discipline relevant to commercial interior installations (flooring, wall finishes, furnishings, signage, or similar)Prior experience in a lead or foreman capacity overseeing field crewsAbility to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and installation specificationsExperience completing field surveys, daily reporting, and project documentationExperience training, coaching, or mentoring field employeesStrong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, the Field Operations Manager, and field crewsAbility to contribute to the development of scalable field processes and program systemsMinimum age 25 (insurance requirement)Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plusExperience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbs.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedlyComfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weatherAbility to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.)Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningMust be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given timeWillingness to assist with tasks beyond commercial project management as needed Work Environment & ScheduleNationwide travel (100% on the road)Construction sites and customer locationsIndoor and outdoor work in varying conditionsWork location: On the roadTypical work week: 40–50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekends Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
