Supported by our expert Editorial and PromoMats teams, our writers can truly focus on turning complex science into compelling stories and brand messages. We’re looking for a Principal Medical Copywriter to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop content for a full range of promotional deliverables, including HCP, DTC and patient materials, with minimal supervision
- Build deep scientific knowledge and use it to shape brand messaging and content
- Lead scientific discussions with the client and external experts
- Collaborate with internal teams—including account managers, creatives, editors, and medical strategists—to ensure seamless project delivery
- Share knowledge and provide expert guidance on brands and therapeutic areas to internal stakeholders
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, supporting on pitches, and contributing to written proposals
- We believe a strong interest in science and a passion for medical communications would make you a great fit for this position, along with the following:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field is preferred but not essential if the required level of scientific understanding is demonstrated
- Proven experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency or similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
