Now Hiring: Chief Growth Officer (Midwest) We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for a company that has grown 300% in the last five years, to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the Midwest region. This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for driving top-line performance and scaling our regional presence.
What You'll Do:
- Own and execute the Midwest growth strategy
- Drive revenue through new client acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and growth teams
- Identify new markets, verticals, and go-to-market opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Represent the company with key clients and industry stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven growth or revenue leadership experience (CGO, CRO, VP Growth, VP Sales)
- Strong familiarity with Midwest markets and regional business dynamics
- Track record of building and scaling revenue teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented leader
