DescriptionServes as primary source of support for Baptist Health's Physician Practices Revenue Management team for development of training materials, user training, quality assurance and performance improvement. A strong candidate for the Continuous Educator role needs to: Be equipped to learn and retain a wide breadth of Epic and workflow‐specific information. Establish and maintain excellent rapport with and respect from peers in administrative, management, and front-line team members.Communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and has an ability to impress the importance of training and engagement to end users. Be motivated by continuous improvement. Develops, facilitates and tracks orientation and onboarding new employees.Provides training and ongoing education as it relates to workflows and overall support for all specialized areas within the revenue management team (billing, AR/collections, cash applications, refunds, contract compliance). Utilizes a variety of teaching strategies to meet individual and group learning needs. Must be innovative and enthusiastically engage end users in organizational priorities and team objectives.QualificationsProven EPIC experience strongly preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of physician practice revenue management cycles, or other clinical-based patient financial services. Experience and expertise in providing training in a varienty of settings using different technology and approaches for multiple positions.Previous program development, training and/or go-live support for billing, collections and support teams. Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees and to present with target audience at levels. Excellent computer proficiency, with EPIC experience highly preferred. (MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to work independently, initiate influence and to lead assignments to completion within parameters provided.Prefers EPIC Experience/Certification, Knowledge of statistics, data collection and presentation. Ability to travel between sites and to provide training and support both in person and through remote venues. to perform job duties.Preferred:EPIC certifications and/or accreditations.
