Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning mobile home communities. The ideal candidate will handle general repairs, groundskeeping, and day-to-day maintenance tasks while providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work Maintain park grounds (mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general landscaping) Inspect and repair common areas, roads, and utility systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, minor renovations) Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely Qualifications Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to use hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license required
