Private Duty Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty nursing care to clients during night shifts. In this role, you will work closely with patients in their homes, helping them to achieve their fullest potential through customized nursing care plans. Administer medications, perform daily patient assessments, and monitor vital signs Implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Educate patients and families on proper home health care strategies and procedures Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient wellness Report and record patients' condition and progress Perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs, and administering medication Strong clinical skills with a thorough understanding of nursing procedures Ability to operate medical equipment Excellent observational and problem-solving skills Effective communication abilities with patients and team Physical endurance for extended shifts Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license CPR and BLS certification
