Forklift Operator/Middle Helper

What You'll Do: Forklift OperatorOperate a sit-down forklift to safely transport finished products and materials throughout the mill. Package finished products according to customer specifications, including ticketing, banding, and wrapping. Transport products to various on-site warehouses. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Complete computer-based safety training. Machine HelperAssist Machine Operators with converting equipment and production activities. Learn machine parts, equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor product quality and assist with adjustments as needed. Follow production standards and customer specifications. Support the operator in maintaining a safe and efficient work area. Machine OperatorOperate converting machinery safely and efficiently. Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality requirements. Monitor machine performance and product quality. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues. Complete required production documentation.

Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Job-specific training, including Powered Industrial Truck training, is provided.
