Deputy County Counsel Child Welfare Specialist

County of Humboldt seeks a Deputy County Counsel to provide legal services and advice to the Board of Supervisors, County management staff, and commissions. The Deputy County Counsel may handle juvenile, child welfare, criminal, and other matters, with increasing responsibility across levels. The role involves research, drafting, and representation in hearings, with opportunities to lead and mentor staff. A California Bar member and a valid driver's license are required.
