Overview In this role you will translate business problems into analytical AI/ML solutions and help ship production-ready models. You’ll work with senior engineers and stakeholders to explore data, build models, and contribute to AI-powered features. As the company expands into LLM-powered workflows and agentic AI, you’ll learn new tools and patterns to drive impactful outcomes. This position sits at the intersection of data science and software engineering, offering hands-on growth in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Translate business problems into analytical approaches and solution designs Wrangle datasets and engineer features to support ML modeling and AI workflows Build, evaluate, and iterate on ML models (forecasting, classification, optimization)Support the development of LLM-based workflows and emerging agentic AI patterns Contribute to deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI and ML workflows in production Stay curious about new AI development tools and frameworks and bring them into workflows Key requirements Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field 0–2 years of professional experience in data science, ML, or AI engineering (internships/thesis projects count)Strong foundation in ML and applied statistics Proficiency in Python and SQL with production-grade coding ability Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)Exposure to agentic AI patterns a plus; eagerness to learn new AI tools and techniques Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindsetproblem-solvinganalytical thinkingeagerness to learn PythonSQLML modeling
