About the role

Program Manager All qualified resumes will be responded to in 24hrs or less. This is a direct position with a full benefits package.
Responsibilities:
  • Financial Controls – ensuring programs performed within specific program award budgets
  • Schedule Controls – maintaining on‑time contract performance with appropriate resources to meet changing contract requirements
  • Contractual Submittals – ensuring timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
  • Customer Relations – develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Qualifications: Understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques 8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communication techniquesBSME required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferred but not required
