Investment Associate

The short version Savano Capital Partners recently closed Fund IV with more than $250 million in commitments, and we are growing our investment team. We are hiring a full-time Investment Associate in our Baltimore office to help us find, evaluate, and close our next investments in late-stage software and technology companies. This is a true 50/50 seat. Half your time goes to sourcing new opportunities and building relationships with founders, executives, and investors. The other half goes to execution: diligence, financial modeling, and investment memos. You will sit in investment committee meetings from day one and work directly with our partners on a team of about ten people. About Savano Savano is a direct secondaries firm that invests in leading late-stage software and tech companies. Founders, early employees, and early investors often wait a decade or longer for an exit. We provide them liquidity by purchasing minority stakes, typically $10-$30 million per company. We think and operate like a growth equity investor, using secondary transactions as our way into high-quality companies. Fund IV gives us our largest pool of capital to date and the opportunity to continue expanding our investment platform.
