Driving projects forward with sharp analytical skills and healthcare knowledge, the full-time Senior Associate, Valuation Analysis will perform financial modeling, conduct market research, and assist in due diligence to support healthcare transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial health of healthcare organizations
Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and risks within the healthcare sector
Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing relevant documents and analyzing potential risks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college/university required
Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a consulting role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level Excel proficiency required
Additional certifications (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred
