Responsibilities: Draft motions, discovery, briefs and related legal documents. Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements. Appear in court for hearings and law & motion. Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel. Assist with trial preparation and strategy. Perform legal research to support case development and motion work.

Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 3+ years of business litigation experience Strong writing, research and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skills within a supportive environment. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
