Head of Communications & Brand Transformation

Semtech is undergoing a company-wide transformation. The Head of Communications will build the communications function from the ground up, owning executive platforms for the CEO and CCO, and aligning brand messaging across the enterprise. This hands-on, player-coach role reports to the CEO and CCO, shaping earnings narrative, investor relations, and internal communications. It requires deep writing ability and cross-functional leadership to guide a major corporate transformation.
