Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health conditions and individual requirements. Qualifications: A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish meaningful connections with clients and fellow team members. Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting clients in various stages of their mental health journey. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and associated administrative responsibilities. A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, ensuring professional integrity and ethics.

Preferred Experience: While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, or specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction treatment will be favored.
