Future Opening: Infant/Toddler Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum: Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth of infants and toddlers. Daily Activities: Engage children in a variety of activities including play, art, music and sensory experiences, tailored to their developmental needs and interests. Individual Attention: Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met and their progress is monitored. Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of children by adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and supervising children at all times. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and daily activities. Provide regular updates and address any concerns or questions. Record Keeping: Document each child's progress, including milestones, behavioral observations, and developmental achievements. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. Classroom Management: Develop and implement positive behavior management strategies. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.

Compensation: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour Morning Star Academy goes beyond academic excellence; we focus on shaping hearts and character.
