Strategic Finance Director for Hardware Growth

Swarm Defense is seeking a Director of Finance to manage our finance function and own key numbers from daily operations to strategic planning. You will report to the CFO, build the team as the company grows, and partner with CEO and program leads to drive informed decisions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and scalable controls for a fast-growing defense hardware company in Auburn Hills, MI.
